Meet Jenn & Steve!

While you may not be able to tell from her accent, Jenn is from Scotland and loves football (aka soccer) while Steve is from Arkansas and loves the Razorbacks (aka football). In addition to both being food and wine lovers, family is a huge part of their lives. In fact, it was through Jenn's mother that Jenn and Steve met and the two have been inseparable ever since.

We started our engagement session at Piedmont Park... the clouds mixed with the sun creating beautiful light against a pastel-colored sky. The first thing Jenn and Steve did was setup an intimate picnic. I happen to know that trying to act natural while being photographed can often leave one feeling a bit awkward, but that wasn't the case for these two. Complete naturals!

After a stroll through the park, we headed to a location which Steve had picked out - The rooftop of the oldest apartment building in Atlanta. But first, I snapped a picture of them walking under the The Fox Theater sign. Wouldn't ya know, "Romeo & Juliet" lights up just above their heads as I snap the photo. Coincidence? I think not!

A combination of West Side Story and Ghostbusters, the rooftop across the street was a truly unique and awesome place for engagement pictures. Erik and I almost felt like kids in a candy store with all of the photogenic scenery. The only down side to getting these views was the tempurature drop and relentless wind. Jenn and Steve were great sports throughout the blustery endevour.

Just as we headed back inside, we came across a beautiful spriral staircase. Naturally, we had to snap a picture of Jenn & Steve on the staircase!

To Jenn and Steve: We truly hope you love your engagement pictures and we can't wait for your wedding in June! We heard a rumor there will be bagpipes! ;) FIN
