Elegant and Simple Atlanta Wedding Reception at 433 Bishop

Our first spring wedding of 2017 is here to the tune of Courtney and Justice's fabulous wedding at 433 Bishop in Atlanta!

Courtney and Justice's wedding is a prime example of a non-traditional wedding done just right. For those of you who aren't super familiar with a non-traditional wedding, allow me to expound.

When it comes to your wedding, much of it becomes a compromise of what your partner wants, what family wants, what tradition says you should do, how much your wallet can handle and what must happen to please everyone in attendance. Non-traditional weddings are a terrific solution to this juggling act. If you don't want a traditional ceremony, then don't have one. If you don't want to have bridesmaids and groomsmen, then don't. If you don't want to invite someone you feel pressure to invite, then don't invite them. If you don't find any meaning in the old traditions, then don't do them. If paying for your wedding yourself grants you more control and less stress, then go for it.

Now, you may be the kind of person who has absolutely no issues with any of the things I mentioned above, and if so, rock on. There's certainly nothing wrong with having a traditional wedding at all. It's very important that your wedding has meaning to you and your partner all while allowing you to be true to yourselves.

In the case of Courtney and Justice's non-traditional wedding, it was essentially a rockin' party! Family and friends came from Honduras and Louisiana. Boy, what dancers! There was even a flair of Mardi Gras!

Wedding Vendors: 433 Bishop in Atlanta, GA is a wonderful event venue for a wedding! It's one of the best wedding venues in Atlanta. It's the perfect location for a non-traditional wedding in Atlanta or wedding reception in Atlanta. Also on hand was catering from Bold American Events and a lovely wedding cake from Frosted Pumpkin Gourmet. Keeping the atmosphere electric all night long was DJ6Five.

And now - pictures, pictures, pictures!

We love putting couples in situations and photographing their natural interactions.
